We offer multiple convenient payment options for your comfort.
Deposit & Payment Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit Required: A deposit equal to 25% of the total quoted service cost is required to confirm and hold your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Balance Due on Completion: The remaining 75% balance is due in full upon completion of services before the technician departs.
Rescheduling Policy: Each client is permitted one (1) reschedule per appointment at no additional charge, provided at least 24 hours notice is given. If a second reschedule is needed, the original deposit is forfeited and a new 25% deposit must be paid to secure the rescheduled appointment.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up without prior notice forfeit their deposit entirely. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Zelle is the fastest and preferred payment method. Send directly from your bank app — no fees, instant transfer.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit is exactly 25% of your total quoted service cost. For example, if your detail is quoted at $120, the deposit is $30 and the remaining $90 is due when the job is complete.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes — each booking allows one (1) free reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule a second time, your deposit is forfeited and a new 25% deposit is required to book again.

Are tips accepted?
Tips are always appreciated but never required. If you'd like to tip, cash is preferred, but any digital payment method works.
Do you provide receipts?
Yes! A service contract and receipt are provided for every appointment. Digital copies can be emailed upon request.
At Sovereign Ride Care, we believe loyal clients deserve to be treated like royalty. Our tiered loyalty program automatically tracks your appointment history and rewards you with increasing discounts the more you book.
How does the loyalty program work?
Every appointment you complete is counted toward your loyalty tier. The more you book, the bigger your discount. Discounts are automatically applied when you submit a new booking request — no codes or sign-ups needed.
What are the loyalty tiers?
There are three tiers: New Client (1st appointment) receives 10% off. Returning Client (2–24 appointments) receives 15% off. Loyalty Reward (25+ appointments) receives 25% off — our highest honor for our most dedicated clients.
When does the 25% Loyalty Reward apply?
Once you reach 25 completed appointments, the 25% Loyalty Reward is automatically applied to your next booking. This is our way of saying thank you for your continued trust and support.
Does the loyalty discount reset after use?
Yes. After the 25% Loyalty Reward is applied to a booking, your discount resets and begins accumulating again from your next appointment. You can earn it back with continued bookings.
Are loyalty discounts applied to add-ons and travel fees?
Loyalty discounts apply to your services subtotal (including any vehicle size surcharge). Travel fees are added separately and are not discounted.
Can I combine my loyalty discount with a promo code?
Loyalty tier discounts and promo codes cannot be stacked. The higher discount will be applied. If you have a promo code that exceeds your tier discount, our team will apply whichever saves you more.
How do I know which tier I'm in?
When you enter your phone number on the booking form, the system automatically detects your appointment history and displays your current loyalty status. You'll see a badge indicating whether you're a New, Returning, or Loyalty client.
